ETPMI Event Refund Policy

Event cancellation

            If an event is cancelled refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation.

Event Postponed

            If an event is postponed, then registrants will have two weeks to request a refund. If a refund is requested, then it will be processed within 30 days.

Registrant Request to Cancel

If a registrant requests to cancel due to outside factors beyond their control and prior to the event registration close date, then a refund will be processed with the following stipulations.

  • The refund will be reduced by administrative expenses to process the refund.


If a registrant requests to cancel due to outside factors beyond their control after the event registration close out date, then a refund will be processed with the following stipulations.

  • Since amenities and payments have been made for the registrant there generally will not be a refund of registration fees.
  • If the slot can be filled by another person, not yet registered, then a refund will be processed within 30 days after the event less administrative costs of processing the refund.
  • After the event if the post event financial balance sheet is positive, then a partial refund may be considered less administrative expenses and event expenses.
