Sponsor Acknowledgments

📢 We’re excited to highlight a major step forward for the project management community in East Tennessee!
Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) and Roane State Community College have partnered to launch a new Project Management and Project Controls Program, designed to strengthen the local workforce and create valuable career pathways for students.

The program began in Fall 2024 with Project Management Fundamentals I, followed by Project Management Fundamentals II in Spring 2025. These courses provide students with a solid foundation in both traditional and contemporary project management practices and prepare them for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam.

Developed with the expertise of ORNL leaders, the program also connects to the Tennessee Transfer Pathway, enabling students to apply their coursework toward a four-year degree.

We’re proud to see this initiative already shaping the next generation of PM leaders and supporting continued growth and innovation in our region!
