The event will be held at the Bridgewater Place in Knoxville. There will also be an option to join virtually. We will kick off at 7am with welcome and breakfast before jumping into a full day of speakers, lunch, and breakout sessions.
This event is a great opportunity to network and learn new ideas and concepts related to Project Management.

Walter Nusbaum is President of The Nusbaum Group and the author of “Do You Have What It Takes?” and “The Sink: Radical Transformation With One Small Change” Walter is a highly sought after speaker who travels all over the country speaking on leadership development, driving higher levels of employee engagement and the art and science of shaping organizational culture. He has spent the past 20 years speaking to and working closely with senior executive teams, managers/supervisors and non-profit organizations of all sizes. From the small private firm to the Fortune 100 corporation, Walter takes key growth strategies and helps to implement them in order to drive greater growth and productivity. Walter’s academic background is in strategic management, philosophy and leadership development. He lives in Denton, Texas with his wife Stacey and their 4 children.
By day, Mei connects Project teams to deliver value. By heart, she fuels positivity and kindness to inspire leaders to do more and serve. Mei Lin, was born and raised in Taiwan, where she received dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Social Work from National Taipei University. In 2008 emigrated to the United States and attended Texas A&M University-Commerce received an MBA. As a project manager and past President of the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Mei views herself as a servant leader who builds collaborative teams while focusing on delivering value for organizations.
Alan is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about leadership and reaching new heights in all that we do. His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on relationships and results. Alan holds a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Masters in Psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. He has worked all over the world as a professional engineer and project manager solving complex challenges in the mining and metals industry. Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. It was a two-month expedition through some of the most exciting yet terrifying conditions imaginable and their success demanded an unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity.
