The Secrets to Growing Your Career, Strategically and Successfully
Whether you are currently employed or actively seeking opportunities, you should plan to join us for this month’s Chapter meeting.
We have asked a marketing strategist to share what he has learned from having consulted with hundreds of project managers and IT professionals from around the world on their personal branding and career challenges. He will explain why self-knowledge and mindfulness are such critical success factors for everyone who wants to go through this process. Michael Milutis will explore the key personal questions that every professional, manager, or executive must find the answers to and that are universal across industry verticals. He will walk us through this experience and then demonstrate how one’s learning strategy, networking strategy, and personal branding strategy all flow logically from the answers. His presentation will touch on:
Career reinvention & fulfillment
Individuation and self-actualization
Work life balance
Owning and developing your own career path
Continuous workplace learning
Personal branding and social media
Getting into the ZONE, and
Achieving peak levels of performance
Mr. Milutis is a new business development and marketing strategist for Computer Aid, Inc (CAI) an international IT services and support firm with over 4000 associates worldwide.
