Refund Policy: ETPMI will refund Chapter Meeting Fees requested 5 days prior to the event minus any associated PayPal processing fees. Requests made inside 5 days prior cannot be refunded as ETPMI will have locked in the number of attendees with the venue and the venue will charge ETPMI based on that number of attendees. ETPMI members must be logged in to receive ETPMI discounts. ETPMI does not issue refunds for discounts when the member was not appropriately logged in.

"Don't Make Your Customers 'Cuss': How to Relate and Keep Them Satisfied" -Presented by Anthony Ingram, Chehote District Director, Boy Scouts of America
Anthony is the youngest of 5 children and was born in Columbus, Georgia. He was both a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout (Troop 41) at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church and earned his Eagle Rank (w/palms) in 1977. He attended South Carolina State University - a HBCU located in Orangeburg, SC and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Professional Theatre and a minor in Spanish. Anthony has lived in Knoxville since 1984. He is married to Joy Ingram who is an RN at Parkwest Hospital. They have 2 children: Michelle, age 34 and Aaron, age 29. They are members of Redemption Church International where they volunteer in several ministries. Anthony began his professional Scouting career in July 2007. He has since advanced to the position of District Director for the inner-city areas of Knox County. Anthony has increased District membership from 38 youth to a high of 719, and District revenues from $38,000 to $132,000.00. His passion and forte are in the areas of servant leadership, community building, customer service, and social media. Anthony is a member of the Knoxville Chamber Dignitaries, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of East Tennessee, the Downtown Kiwanis, the Partners in Education Advisory Board, the Beck Cultural Exchange Center, and the Trinity Health Foundation Advisory Board. He also serves as the Scouting Advisor to the Iota Alpha Chapter of the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity on the UTK Campus.
