"Managing Multiple Projects and Priorities"
Abstract: Most, if not all of us, feel the pressures of daily living. The combinations of our professional and personal life make us feel as if there are not enough hours in the day. We know there are always 24 hours each day and it is we who choose their use. The feeling of not having enough time stems from a lack of accomplishment and more specifically, from not accomplishing things that are important. This session provides participants with skills for making a significant and immediate impact on daily productivity and time management. Participants identify old, non-productive habits and replace them with the proven habits of top achievers.

ETPMI members must be logged in to receive ETPMI discounts. ETPMI does not issue refunds for discounts when the member was not appropriately logged in.

For over 25 years, Dayle Beyer, PMP has inspired excellence in thousands of people around the world by providing international best practice strategies, tools, and techniques derived from project management, business analysis, and coaching to drive successful organizational change initiatives and facilitate people, process, product and system improvements. She is on the Executive Director of ROANEnet (roanenet.org), a non-profit 501(c)(3) advocate for affordable, robust and reliable high-speed internet access, equitable availability of digital devices and training required to enhance the quality of life within Roane County, TN. Dayle is on the Board of Directors for East TN Project Management Institute Chapter and Roane County Chamber of Commerce. Dayle has a Bachelors's degree from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
