Requests made inside 5 days prior cannot be refunded as ETPMI will have locked in the number of attendees with the venue and the venue will charge ETPMI based on that number of attendees. ETPMI members must be logged in to receive ETPMI discounts. ETPMI does not issue refunds for discounts when the member was not appropriately logged in.
