Join your fellow ETPMI and ORNL peers to learn about Office Politics - Survival Skills for Project Managers.
When it comes to office politics, are you a victim, a player, or just an observer? Does it matter? We'll answer that question by discussing motivations, categorizations, and implications of office politics. You'll learn strategies to better understand, and respond to, office politics in ways that will help you, and your projects, to succeed, as presented by Mark Schaaf.
