Abstract: Often, the original intent of the Risk Management Department is to protect the company's or organization's assets, especially from claims and lawsuits. Many departments focus heavily on financial and business risks with little regard for human assets. This case study will explore the gravity of ignoring human assets when evaluating risk in an organization.
