This session explores the basics of organizational culture and change management. His last corporate role was Vice-President of Human Resources at Philips Healthcare. He holds a B.S. degree in aerospace engineering, a master's degree in industrial engineering, certifications as a 6-sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner, and PMI Project Management Professional.
